Comfort, Good Guest Services and Inexpensive

My wife and I met my brother and his wife in Asheville for a leisurely, five-day visit; we had adjoining suites on the fifth floor of the hotel. We were all very impressed with the cordial and knowledgeable staff at the front desk. Hats off to the management team! Cleaning staff was likewise good. Complimentary breakfast was okay, it might be better to have different items available rather than the same old same old day after day. The breakfast lady was sweet and very helpful, though. Realizing the hotel is two decades old, it was very well kept and all amenities were up-to-date. Too bad they're not able to add one more elevator--there were times that scores of people were waiting while guests with luggage carts or hotel staff with cleaning equipment occupied the single elevator. Despite a couple of minor negatives, we'd be back in a minute because the staff is super and the location is perfect. Oh, and the price is right.

Great Location, Convenient to Everything

We stayed at this location for two nights. Hotel is convenient to both I-26 and I-40 and is only a few minutes from Biltmore Estate. There are both shopping and restaurants within easy walking distance of hotel. Even with everything so close, hotel is quiet. Bed was comfortable, although pillows were ridiculously small. Best service award goes to Sue in the breakfast area. She stayed busy ensuring there was plenty of food and beverages for everyone. She was polite and helpful - just what every customer wants to encounter.

Wonderful Staff and Stay

Just got back from Asheville and loved the Comfort Suites Biltmore Square Mall! Mikal (front desk personnel) always had a wonderful, warm smile on his face and eager to greet us and answer any questions we had. But really, the entire staff was very helpful. Our main focus was to see the Biltmore Estate but we had time to see other tourist attractions, too. Printed off step-by-step directions to get anywhere. Breakfast was hot with nice variety. Good location and easy to find. Would stay there again and recommend it to anyone else that goes to Asheville. The only down side I do have about this hotel was that the breakfast room was a bit too small.

Awesome Customer Service

This hotel really knows the meaning of customer service. Upon check-in we were recognized as a Choice Member, which is rare. Stacy the front desk manager was very friendly and professional. Our check-in was effortless then, a while later, she called our room as a courtesy to make sure all accommodations were taken care of. The hotel itself is a little dated, but very clean and the beds are very comfortable.Good Stay!

Excellent

What a wonderful hotel! I am a Tour Coordinator and bad hotels reflect on my business. Not so with this hotel. I have been dealing with Crystal for quite some time and she was always helpful and courteous. Upon arrival the front desk was excellent and everything was in order. (No surprises as with other hotels) My clients were well-pleased, as was I. The rooms were clean, spacious, and the beds were wonderful. After traveling all day, with only about four hours of sleep the night before, it was a pleasure to have such a wonderful room and comfortable bed. The location was great! We will definitely be using this hotel again.
