  • Check-in time is 3 pm and check-out time is 12 pm. If you need a later check out, please contact the front desk and we can accommodate you based on availability.

  • Yes. The hotel offers complimentary dual band fast Wi-Fi in all suites, as well as meeting rooms and all public spaces. Our suites also feature large modern 42" HD LED televisions with USB ports for listening to music and HDMI hookups, and over 70 channels of HD entertainment.
  • Yes. We offer a guest laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers and detergent vending. Our convenient laundry facility is ideal for extended stays and families on vacation who may need to wash some clothes after a day of sightseeing or lounging by the pool. We also offer dry cleaning services. For dry cleaning, please contact the front desk for information.
  • Yes. The hotel offers a large heated outdoor pool and sun deck with lounge chairs to soak up the warm Southern sunshine. The spring and summer weather is perfect in Asheville, North Carolina for some pool time and sunbathing. Coolers are permitted, but no glass please!
  • Yes. The hotel is pet friendly and welcomes dogs up to 50 pounds. Our first-floor suites allow easy access to grassy areas for your walks and play time. We charge a small fee of $25 per night, per pet. 
  • Yes, we offer discount Biltmore Estate tickets available for purchase daily at the front desk. You may also book our Asheville Biltmore Estate Package and choose one or two nights in one of our romantic suites, complete with free hot breakfast and discounted tickets to the Biltmore Estate good for two days.

  • Breakfast is served daily from 6:30 am to 9:30 am. Start the day with a free hot breakfast and enjoy selections like hot eggs, waffles, breakfast meats, biscuits and gravy, cereals, bagels, pastries, yogurt, seasonal fruit, and freshly brewed coffee.

  • You may upgrade to a King Whirlpool Suite, please call for price, typically it is only $20 more. All our suites include a full-size sofa bed, extra large 42" HD LED televisions with USB and HDMI hook up, fridge, coffee maker, iron, and ironing board.

  • The Asheville Outlet Mall is open Monday through Saturday 10 AM to 9 PM, Sunday 11 AM to 6 PM. Expect to find all your favorite mall stores like The Gap Factory, Express Factory Outlet, Forever 21, Nike, Brooks Brothers, Field and Stream, Dillards, Carter's and Bath & Body Works, along with high-end retail outlets like Coach, Vera Bradley, West Elm and Cole Haan.

Biltmore Park offers stores like Talloni, A Shoe Salon, and Bette. Firestorm Café & Books in West Asheville offers a wide variety of books paired with vegetarian cuisine.  Head downtown to Blue, and find creative jewelry pieces and accessories to bring home.

  • This beer lover's paradise rolls out beer festivals all year long. Starting in January, over 40 breweries contribute to the Winter Warmer Beer Festival in Asheville. In March, head to Sour Fest for a weeklong festival at Thirsty Monk Brewery for a pucker up challenge to celebrate the local sour beers. Brewgrass, USA Today nominated as one of the 10 Best National Beer Fests, showcases more than 120 different beers from over 40 regional and national breweries and bluegrass musicians, held annually in September.

  • Yes, Asheville has about 15 wineries within city limits and in the neighboring North Carolina Mountains and Foothills. You can sample varietals from this region at Biltmore Winery, Addison Farms Vineyard, South Creek Winery, Silver Fork Winery and Lake James Cellars, just to name a few.

    From Airport: Take I-26 exit 33, right off exit left into mall to hotel.

  • Asheville Regional Airport is just 7 miles from Comfort Suites Outlet Center. Drive, take a taxi or a shuttle in just minutes for less than $30 each way.

  • Typically, an Uber X ride will cost between $15 - $20 from Asheville Regional Airport to our hotel. Taxicabs can run as much as $30 for up to 4 people each way.

  • No, we do not offer our own shuttle service, but can help assist with a transportation company, Uber or taxi ride which would run approximately $15 to either destination. 

  • Asheville Premier Transportation is a reliable company serving the Asheville area from airport shuttle rides, brewery tours, corporate travel and NC adventures. Uber and Lyft are also available.
  • Yes, the Asheville Outlets are adjacent to our hotel, making it very walkable for an easy shopping excursion. With over 70 outlets and restaurants, expect to find everything you're looking for and more.

  • Yes, for those expecting to return with baggage, a new and complimentary shuttle bus service is available for local area hotels, convention locations and local attractions to the Asheville Outlets and back. The shuttle runs daily on a call-for-service basis from 11 am to 5 pm with final drop-offs at 6:30 pm. Our front desk will be happy to assist you in calling for your ride. 

  • Yes, ART (Asheville Redefines Transit) provides bus service throughout the City of Asheville and to the Town of Black Mountain daily. See individual routes and schedules here. The closest ART station to our hotel is at the intersection of Ridgefield Rd at Heart Dr., just across the street. 
  • With all four seasons present in Asheville, NC, tourists come all year long to experience one of the best climates in the US. Springtime in Asheville boasts pleasant temperatures and blooming flowers, while fall in the mountains offers autumnal bliss, change of colors and invigorating temperatures. However, if you're looking to ski or sit by a crackling fire, the winter in Asheville is perfect. There is not a lot of snow in Asheville itself, but the surrounding mountains and all the ski resorts have snowmaking equipment. Azalea Dog Park has two separate leash-off zones for dogs to let loose. Bent Creek is a perfect place for your dog to join you on a hike amongst waterfalls.



  • Biltmore Estate is open 365 days a year and hours vary each season, but primarily they are open 9 AM to 5 PM daily. The Reception and Ticketing Center is open daily 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM. The estate is 8.5 miles from our all-suite hotel, and we offer special packages and discounted tickets right here at our front desk.

  • Downtown Asheville is 7 miles northeast from Comfort Suites Outlet Center. The fastest route is to take I-26 W to Patton Ave. It's just a 10-minute drive to this vibrant hub featuring more than 100 restaurants, 30 galleries, 10 breweries, and a wide variety of seasonal events.

  • To escape the summer heat, head to refreshing swimming holes and splash pads like Splasheville in Pack Square Park. Asheville's own French Broad River is the perfect place to cool off with swimming, kayaking, tubing, and paddle boarding at your disposal. There are also many breweries to explore featuring refreshing craft beers that will quench your thirst. The fall offers scenic vistas at every bend with a ride down the Blue Ridge Parkway being the top contender.
